Refund policy
We want you to love your swimwear so when it arrives, if you don’t completely love it, please email us at whatsup@lenswim.com.au to request a return. Once approved we will send you an Authorization number. Items without this approval code cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Full priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are final but can be exchanged for credit in exceptional circumstances. We cannot offer exchanges at this point in time and recommend contacting us for your RA code to return your item, and then repurchasing online to avoid missing out on limited stock.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, any items with the swing tag removed CAN NOT be returned. The refund on approved items must go back on the payment method provided at purchase.
Refund Policy
- TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED to all items and in original packaging, INCLUDING the internal protection bag,
- Len will accept returns within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your item.
- Garment to be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Swimwear MUST be tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done, or tags are removed.
- When returning an item to Len, shipping is at the expense of the customer.
NB: Sale items are final unless defective. Promotional periods such as Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, AfterPay and Boxing Day are final.
